- Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy.
- Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is incorrect or damaged.

مرحبًا بك في Mazalle Elite. باستخدامك لموقعنا الإلكتروني https://mazalle.com/elite/ فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل إتمام أي طلب.
1) معلومات عامة
- تنطبق هذه الشروط على جميع زوار ومستخدمي وعملاء Mazalle Elite.
- نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
2) الأهلية
- باستخدامك الموقع، تقر بأن عمرك لا يقل عن 18 عامًا أو تستخدم الموقع تحت إشراف ولي أمر.
- تلتزم بتقديم بيانات صحيحة وكاملة عند الطلب.
3) المنتجات والتوافر
- جميع المنتجات تخضع للتوافر.
- قد يتم تحديد الكميات أو إيقاف بعض المنتجات أو تعديل تفاصيلها دون إشعار مسبق.
- الصور لأغراض توضيحية وقد يختلف التغليف أو اللون الفعلي بشكل بسيط.
4) الأسعار وطرق الدفع
- الأسعار بالجنيه المصري ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك.
- قد تتغير الأسعار دون إشعار مسبق.
- لا يتم تنفيذ الطلب إلا بعد إتمام الدفع (إلا إذا كان الدفع عند الاستلام متاحًا).
- نحتفظ بالحق في إلغاء الطلب بسبب خطأ في السعر أو عدم التوفر أو مشاكل الدفع.
5) الطلبات وتأكيدها
- بعد إتمام الطلب، قد يتم إرسال تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب.
- التأكيد لا يعني قبول الطلب نهائيًا، وقد يتم الرفض أو الإلغاء وفقًا لتقديرنا.
6) الشحن والتوصيل
- مواعيد التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتغير بسبب ظروف شركة الشحن.
- يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات الشحن، حيث لا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن بيانات خاطئة.
7) الاستبدال والإرجاع
- يخضع الاستبدال والإرجاع لسياسة الاستبدال والإرجاع الخاصة بنا.
- يجب تقديم الطلب خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام.
- رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا في حالات الخطأ أو التلف.
8) حقوق الملكية الفكرية
- جميع محتويات الموقع (نصوص، صور، شعارات، تصميمات) مملوكة لـ Mazalle Elite.
- يُمنع النسخ أو إعادة الاستخدام دون إذن كتابي مسبق.
9) استخدام الموقع
- يُحظر إساءة استخدام الموقع أو محاولة تعطيله أو إدخال معلومات مضللة.
- قد يؤدي أي استخدام غير قانوني إلى حظر الحساب واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
10) حدود المسؤولية
- لا تتحمل Mazalle Elite أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام الموقع أو المنتجات.
- تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على قيمة المنتج الذي تم شراؤه فقط.

12) القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية بالنظر في أي نزاع.
