Refund and Returns Policy

Exchanges & returns should be done within 48 hours of receiving the order.


Exchanges should be done within 48 hours of receiving the order, including shipping fees.
Returns should be done within 48 hours of receiving the order, after we receive back your order refund will be done with the same amount Paid excluding  shipping fees.

important notes:

  • All “sealed with box” items must be returned sealed and in the same packaging they were received so we can accept your order back and issue your refund

  • If for any reason your items was wrong or have been damaged in transit, Please get in touch immediately via email at wecare@mazalle.com, Whatsapp us at 01003386810 Or send a message on Facebook / Instagram…..  (Mention order no. & attach an image of the item to speed the process along.)
